Widely known, Ithaca and the entire Finger Lakes region is a popular summer destination, so we recommend finding suitable lodging. We’re listing a few possibilities in the hope this helps but please reach out to us with any concerns or questions! We hope you’re able to celebrate a fun weekend in Central New York to mark together our little milestone.

While a ceremony itself may not occur at the time of our brunch, we will take a few minutes to share our thoughts and express gratitude for joining us.
It Started with Brunch
After meeting on an early friday afternoon of a Memorial Day weekend more than a decade ago in Greenpoint, Brooklyn — she having brunch with a friend, and he dining solo on eggs and coffee en route to see an exhibit at the Met — we’re immensely excited to celebrate becoming husband and wife in the beautiful area where Zoe grew up, and look forward to being together with everyone who can join us.

Where to Stay
The ideal location for staying is anything in Ithaca proper: downtown, the Commons, et al; surrounding areas that can be nice include the ‘hills’: South Hill, West Hill, near the Cornell Univ. campus or Ithaca College. As well, there are many lodging choices on Elmira Rd./South Meadow Rd. which are largely basic, national hotel chains. More of Ithaca’s retail and national chain stores are located on S. Meadow/Elmira Rd.
Again, please let us know with any questions or concerns that arise. Here are a few to list:
Downtown Ithaca/the Commons
Northeast Ithaca
B&Bs in Ithaca
The Statler Hotel at Cornell Univ.
Glamping Option
Budget-conscious Options
Grayhaven Motel (vintage motor lodge)
The Dorm Hotel (Cornell Univ. area)
(there are other national chain lodging options on Elmira Rd./S. Meadow; all are close to town and nestled within Ithaca’s main retail district)
B&Bs near us in Trumansburg
(~12 miles N of Ithaca)
